La Mercy beach is beautiful section of sandy beach has a shallow inter-tidal zone where the low tides form a myriad of rocky inshore pools.  La Mercy beach is an unprotected section of coastline so swimming is at one’s own risk. Umdloti Beach provides designated swimming areas that are patrolled by lifeguards and protected with shark nets.

RETURN ON INVESTMENT

Investment return is measured by income against the asset’s capital cost. An apartment achieving a net income of R10 000.00 per month covers roughly R1M of capital cost, whether paid for in cash or by way of a loan. A measured and consistent history of rental income brings mathematics into determining the sale price for the property.

of Five Star Lodge and Hotel operations.
